Erika and Josh fell in love in one of the most magical places on earth: Sedona, Arizona. Because of their love for Sedona they knew they wanted to be married there too. The theme of their wedding was “love stories,” and so several of their friends that were couples became ordained so they could officiate the ceremony. You could sense the incredible value these two place on the people that influence their lives, and how much they recognize the need for love and support as they begin their married life together.
One item that isn’t explained in the Trailer is the gift that Erika gave Josh. She gave him a notebook that she had wrote in each day for an entire year leading up to their wedding day. It may be the most touching gift I’ve ever seen given at a wedding, and Josh was certainly overcome with emotion reading through the pages of that notebook.
I love the passion that Erika & Josh have for each other and life itself. They have done triathlons together, travel the world together, and truly know how to experience life to the fullest. They are the type of people that make you want to check off some items on your bucket list, and I think we all need those people in our lives.
